Job Summary
Airbnb is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape intuitive, beautiful interfaces that delight millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences, from concept to final UI
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs
Conduct user research and usability testing
Ensure design consistency with Airbnb’s design system
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showcasing product design work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent visual, interaction, and communication skills
